One of our local members, Sulandri, is a pioneer in Bali of holistic ante-natal care. She runs a clinic in Sayan (nr Ubud) and offers a combination of yoga, counselling and circle-based support, understanding that treating the woman and mother-to-be in this way leads to better pregnancies, births and post-natal connection.

She wants to raise awareness of the service and understand what women need to hear to feel safe choosing this option rather than a conventional Western-style hospital.

She has a yayasan set up, which is currently resting.
