Our project partners

WEunited raises money from events, sale of goods and receiving donations in order to support partner orgnisations in Bali. We also encourage these organisations to work together, sharing resources and tips to be more effective.

You can read more about them on their websites.

PKP Community Centre has an overall goal to facilitate female empowerment and gender equality to Balinese women and girls in the local area by facilitating job skills training and support programs like cooking and English classes. But most importantly, the women’s centre provides a safe haven for divorced women who are generally highly stigmatized and ostracized in the community.

WEunited has supported PKP by fundraising to build a compost toilet and outdoor kitchen as well as running workshops and facilitating training.

Bali Street Mums – working to end the cycle of impoverished mums, begging children and human trafficking. Since its origins in a one room shack, Bali Street Mums has empowered over 400 women and children of Denpasar with desperately needed resources. Their programs focus on empowerment through education, housing, skill development, and nutrition.

WEunited has supported Bali Street Mums by raising money to pay for a wellbeing teacher to support the women to develop self-confidence and life-skills.
